Shipping & Processing

Order processing. Orders are prepared in the sequence they’re received. Most in-stock items leave our studio within the same general timeframes as the reference you saw. High-volume drops can add a couple of days.

  • Domestic: Typical transit times vary by destination and service speed.
  • International: We ship worldwide. Delivery windows depend on your country’s postal system and customs processing.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned in. It may take 24–48 hours to display movement.

Address issues. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost / stolen / delayed parcels. Once a package is handed to the carrier it’s in their custody. We’ll help you open an inquiry, but we’re not liable for delays, theft, or deliveries marked “delivered.” Consider shipping to a secure address.

Customs & duties (international). Any VAT, duties, or import fees are set by your local authority and are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot change invoice values or mark orders as gifts.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders reserve an item that’s still in production. The timeline listed on the product page (for example, “ships in 35–45 working days”) is our best estimate and may shift due to manufacturing or transit factors. Placing a pre-order means you’re okay with reasonable schedule adjustments.

  • Pre-orders are charged at checkout to hold your spot in the queue.
  • If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship together when everything is ready. If you prefer separate shipments, place them as separate orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your piece. Because many of our drops are limited or made-to-order, returns are limited.

  • Change of mind: All sales are final once an order is placed.
  • Defects or wrong item received: Email buyatoys.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
  • Transit wear: Minor box scuffs or small imperfections from shipping do not qualify as defects. We pack with care; the figure itself should arrive mint.

Cancellations

Requests are reviewed case-by-case. If we haven’t started processing your order, we’ll do our best to help. Pre-orders generally cannot be cancelled once production is underway.

Payment & Fraud Prevention

Orders that trigger fraud-screening or present mismatched billing details may be held or cancelled. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account restrictions.

Your Privacy Choices

We collect the information needed to run our store—things like contact details, order history, device and browsing data (via cookies and similar tech), and interactions with our site. We use this to process orders, prevent fraud, improve the site, and—if you opt in—send marketing.

Certain laws give you control over how your data is used for advertising or “sharing” across different websites. If you live in a region that offers these rights, you can limit that use:

  • Browser-level signals. If your browser sends a recognized opt-out preference (like a global privacy signal), we treat that as a request to restrict data “sharing” or targeted advertising for that browser.
  • Cookie controls. You can adjust your cookie settings in your browser and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.
  • Access & deletion. To access, correct, or delete your personal information, contact us at buyatoys.store@gmail.com. We’ll verify the request and respond as the law requires.
